Frequently Asked Questions

1. The app doesn't open / There is no option to download videos. What is the problem?

Once you have launched iPull, it will silently go to your Mac's top menu bar. You will see a little gray cloud next to WiFi signal indicator, battery status, clock, etc... To download a video, click that icon then click the search bar to focus on it and paste the video URL.

2. I am getting an error when trying to download some videos. How do I fix it?

Please, download and unzip this patch. Then, double click the extracted file to install it (you should see a dialog box stating that the patch was applied successfully). Once done, please try to download the video again. If you still have problems, please contact us. (Updated 7th Jan, 2018)
